These terms apply when you use the CodingwithRK Marketplace at https://marketplace.codingwithrk.com (the "Marketplace") or buy, claim, download or install anything from it. CodingwithRK ("we", "us") is operated by CodingwithRK, an individual based in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India.
By creating an account, buying or claiming a product, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Marketplace.
1. Your account
- You need an account to buy, claim or download products. You can sign up with your email or with GitHub.
- Give accurate details and keep your password, license keys and Composer credentials secret. Anyone with them can use what you own.
- You're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at connect@codingwithrk.com straight away if you think someone else has access.
- You must be at least 18, or use the Marketplace with the permission of a parent or guardian.
2. What you get when you buy
Products are digital: NativePHP plugins, Laravel/Composer packages, apps and source code.
- License. When your payment is confirmed you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product in your own projects, including commercial projects for you or your clients.
- Lifetime updates. Your license covers every future version we release for that product, for as long as we offer it. If we stop maintaining a product, you keep access to the versions you already have.
- License keys and devices. Some apps come with a license key that works on a limited number of devices, shown on the product page. You can free up devices from your dashboard.
- You may not resell, sublicense, share or publish the product, its source code or your license key or Composer credentials; offer the product as a standalone competing product or template; or try to bypass license checks.
- Free products carry no license key. Free open-source products are covered by the open-source license in their repository, which applies instead of this section.
- Bundles give you a separate license for each product in the bundle at the time you buy it.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) for visitors in India and in US Dollars (USD) elsewhere. USD prices are converted from INR at the daily exchange rate. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card or bank details.
- Prices include any taxes we are required to charge, unless stated otherwise. Your bank may add its own fees, for example for foreign-currency payments.
- Every purchase is a one-time payment. There are no subscriptions.
4. Delivery
Delivery is digital and immediate. Once your payment is confirmed, the product appears in Dashboard → My products with downloads, install instructions and, where included, a license key. You also receive an email receipt. Nothing is shipped physically.
Some products are listed before their release date with a countdown. They can only be bought once released.
5. Refunds and cancellations
All sales are final once the product is delivered to your library. The few exceptions, such as duplicate charges, are explained in our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use the Marketplace to break the law, attack or overload our systems, scrape or copy the catalogue, share or abuse license keys, or send spam or abusive messages through the support chat.
7. Suspension and revocation
We may suspend your account or revoke a license if you break these terms, make a fraudulent purchase, or dispute a valid payment with your bank (a chargeback). We'll tell you why by email unless the law prevents it.
8. Ownership
The products, the Marketplace and the CodingwithRK name and branding belong to us or our licensors. Buying a product gives you a license to use it, not ownership of it. NativePHP, Laravel and other names are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
9. Warranty and liability
Products are provided "as is". We work hard to make them reliable and documented, but we don't promise they will be error-free, work with every setup, or meet your exact needs. Check the product page, its requirements and documentation before buying, and test in your own project before relying on it.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits, data or business), and our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law that can't be excluded.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply to purchases made after that date. If a change is significant, we'll let you know by email or on the site.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
